Tami manages all aspects of the patient’s experience beginning with the initial consultation through post procedural care. True to our mission, she brings compassion, knowledge, and a commitment to a trusting and lasting relationship with each patient. Tami is an accomplished business woman, mother and patient of Dr. Farzaneh. She brings a strong degree of personalized attention to the details of the entire patient journey. She is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and is a Certified Public Accountant. Tami has over 20 years of customer service experience, including owning and operating a health and beauty business for several years. Tami’s highest priorities are the patient’s trust, comfort and happiness.

Monique

Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Monique’s passion for skin care started 13 years ago as a makeup artist behind the Estee Lauder counter. Many women would come in and want a product that would cover what ever skin concern they had acne, dark circles, pigmentation. Monique wanted to treat skin not cover it up with makeup and so began her career as an esthetician. Since 2005 Monique has been a licensed esthetician working under the supervision of physicians gaining much knowledge and hands on training a long the way. Monique is formally trained with Image Skin Care. She has assessed and addressed many different skin types and conditions and finds it both challenging and rewarding. Monique has helped her client’s achieve healthy beautiful skin. Monique’s passion and concern for healthy skin shows through her work in the treatment room, she’s committed to her clients and feels everyone deserves healthy beautiful skin. As a working mother of two small children she knows and appreciates how difficult it is to take time out for your self. Monique is sincere and has your best interest in mind at all times, she takes your specific circumstances and concerns in consideration at all times.

Today Monique continues her education in aesthetics and keeps up with the trends and innovation in her field. She is dedicated and here to get you started on your way to achieving the best skin of your life!

Judy Jimenez

Front Desk

Judy joined our staff in May of 2012. She has worked in the medical field for 5 years and brings with her over 10 years customer service. Judy is the first person you will meet upon visiting Farzaneh Cosmetic Surgery and she will always greet you with a smile. Judy handles the tasks of the front desk with a quiet and calming demeanor that is both pleasant and professional. She skillfully works to schedule appointments promptly and at a time convenient to our patients. Her goal is to ensure that all patients are assisted and have an enjoyable experience each time you come in to our office. Judy is a mother of two and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
