We enjoy long term relationships with our clients where we are able to customize skin care as the skin undergoes changes through the years. As everyone has unique skin care needs no treatments are exactly alike.
Our skin care specialist, Susy Reyna , is a licensed aesthetician. As part of her contribution to our team, she works in conjunction with Dr. Farzaneh to counsel patients pre and post surgery. Educating them about the importance of skin care and maintenance to maximize results. She and Dr. Farzaneh also work with non surgical patients enabling them to postpone surgical procedures as long as possible.
Facials
After analyzing your skin and customizing your facial, we begin with a thorough cleansing, exfoliation and gentle steam before extractions. While the skin is renewing during your mask, enjoy a stress relieving shoulder, neck and décolleté massage.
Detoxifying Acne Facial
This is a deep cleansing facial that includes gentle but thorough extractions under steam; exfoliation with a salicylic peel, anti bacterial treatment to purify the skin healing current blemishes and preventing new breakouts.

The Vi Peel, was developed by a physician to treat his daughter suffering from acne and pigmented acne scars.
I recommend this peel at Farzaneh Cosmetic Surgery as it includes several peels at an effective concentration but with less side effects.
The procedure takes about 20 minutes. It is essentially pain free as it numbs the skin after the first pass making it very user friendly. Although the peel physically removes the superficial layer of the skin, it further works at a cellular level helping with fine lines, texture roughness and pigmentation disorders including post pregnancy melasma.
One of the Vi Peels claims to fame, making it the buzz in Hollywood is that it can be used on most skin types including ethnic, Hispanic, Asian and middle eastern.
Patients can experience about 3-5 days of peeling. It can be repeated as early as every month for more severe conditions, however; most patients can maintain their results with every four month routine, hence the package option.
